Company news for March and April 2024

  1) March 8 is the International Working Women's Day, this day, women around the world will receive special attention and blessings. On this special day, the company sent holiday blessings and rich gifts to each female employee, so that female employees feel the care of the holiday.

  2) In order to enable employees to better master non-destructive testing skills and improve their technical level, the company arranged for two employees to participate in a one-month non-destructive testing training. This training aims to help employees understand the relevant knowledge of RT-II level X-ray detection, improve the comprehensive quality of employees, and lay the foundation for the long-term development of the company.

  3) In order to strengthen communication and cooperation among employees and improve team cohesion, the company organized a two-day travel activity on April 29 and April 30. The purpose of this activity is for employees to enhance understanding and teamwork in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

  On April 29, all employees of the company arrived at Changzhou Tianmu Lake Scenic spot by bus at noon, and then arranged an outdoor group construction activity. Under the guidance of a professional coach, the employees were divided into four groups and played a series of teamwork games. These games not only test the mental and physical strength of the employees, but also exercise their teamwork spirit. Through these games, employees not only get to know each other better, but also develop a sense of mutual trust and support.

  After the group building activities, we visited Tianmu Lake scenic spot and Nanshan Bamboo Sea scenic spot. Here, employees can enjoy the beauty of nature and relax the tension of work.

The 2-day tour and group building activities organized by the company came to a successful end, and the employees enhanced their understanding and teamwork ability in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
