Company news for July 2023

1) On July 1, in order to welcome the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the party branch of the company organized a series of activities of "learning from the ancestors and reviewing history". Members of the party branch visited the Limaoshan Martyrs Memorial Hall together, learned the spirit of the ancestors, and collectively reviewed the oath of joining the party.

2) On July 28, the company organized a staff meeting for the second quarter. The conference arranged two links: fire escape and fire extinguishing operation emergency drill, quarterly summary and commendation, and collective training and learning. This quarter training has arranged three training courses: "Key Points for Fire Escape", "Corporate Culture", and "Safety Education (Identification of Hazard Sources)". After the training, the advanced employees in the second quarter were commended on the spot (in the selection of outstanding employees in the second quarter, Fei Xianyu, Li Yun, and Lu Jun were awarded "advanced individuals"; Fang Ronggen won the "Excellent Management Cadre"; Shen Jialing won the "Quality Star"). After the event, the company arranged a group dinner (Employees of brother company Anhui Aoto Technology Co., Ltd. participated together).

3) On July 31, WRAS gate valve and butterfly valve were added, and the on-site test passed smoothly.

4) In July, the company launched the sixth to ninth "reading clubs", and studied the contents of Chapters 5 to 8 in "How Team Leaders Manage Management".
